HIGHLIGTHS IN THE STUDY OF THE LEGAL REGIME OF TREES AND SHRUBS OUTSIDE FORESTS

Summary/Abstract: Because economic activities have always left the deepest traces on the human ecosystem, we believe it is rational to start by looking for some innovative environmental protection tools that will be applied within the economic activity or even from the moment of its planning, which will influence the main beneficiary of its result - the consumer - the biggest generator of waste and negative influences on the environment. Obviously, we are referring to the legal-financial instruments for the protection of the environment with predominant application within the entrepreneurial activity and not only, within all the activities of an economic nature. Because at the base of any legal structures there are certain reasons, in the present work we will try to identify and interpret the ideas that underpinned the economic-financial instruments, as well as the advantages they promise in the prevention and protection of the environment.
