Summary/Abstract: Permanently violent crime has been seen as a dangerous antisocial phenomenon, the consequences of which can hardly be underestimated. It is primarily associated with a violation of human rights and inviolability. Violence destroys a person’s personality, the moral foundations of society, impedes economic development, increases material and spiritual well-being, threatens national sovereignty and relations between states. As a consequence of violent crime, there is a feeling of fear in society for one’s own safety and the safety of those close to them, which later leads to deprivation of the joy of life, the formation of cases of suspicion, revenge, anger, neuro-mental disorders and serious human suffering.
