Summary/Abstract: This paper aims to investigate the impact of climate change on human rights, with a particular focus on how extreme weather events and other manifestations of climate change affect fundamental rights. Through the analysis of concrete situations, the paper sheds light on the links between climate change and human rights, highlighting the associated risks and challenges. Finally, solutions and policy recommendations are proposed, with a focus on the pro- tection and promotion of human rights in a changing climate.
