Summary/Abstract: Environmental degradation is the most aggressive factor contributing to lower right now, both the quality and duration of life. Methods of evaluation and repair environmental damage, dealing with different national laws, are manifestly improvable. This requires not only a unified and coherent legal system, but firm steps to implement legislation, especially now when our country faces special demands in this field.
