Summary/Abstract: From a patrimonial point of view, one of the most precious values of man, regardless of his social status, is property, which claims a safe protection against any dispossession or disturbance in the free exercise of the rights over the assets of which it is constituted. For this reason, perhaps, the defense of property relations has always been and will always be one of the most important concerns of any legal system.
