Summary/Abstract: Being a legal act of great value, falling within the category of acts of liberty, the will, in the context of today's existential requirements, must benefit from a more complex and special regulation, since, not only does it materialize the will of the possessor to gratify someone, but it also decides the fate of his heritage for the time he will not be alive.Starting from this finding, we consider that the exercise of the expression of the last will is to be carefully supervised by the legislator, both in the disposition phase and especially in the execution of the will provisions in the very will of the disposition.
