Summary/Abstract: The article presents a consideration of the space of nature in the work Drive YourPlough Over the Bones of the Dead by Olga Tokarczuk. The variously treated and read space, inwhich the main character of the book functions, becomes a contribution to reflection on theplace of nature in the human environment. Nature understood as the place of plant and animallife, nature as part of the cosmic universe, as well as the myth of Nature. The article also showshow Olga Tokarczuk’s book fits into environmental criticism.
