Vladimir Vasilev and the Confectionary “Tsar Osvoboditel” – Culture and Psychopathology

Summary/Abstract: The text examines Vladimir Vasilev’s answer in a magazine “Zlatorog” to an article from the psychiatrist Cyril Cholakov. Cholakov exposes his own observations on the atmosphere and the manners in the café “Tzar Osvoboditel” like psychopatology. The dialog between the two is applied in a cultural-historical context and the accent on the café like one of the cultural emblems in Sofia.
