Cultural Aspects in a process oriented Company

Summary/Abstract: In the paper an attempt of organizational culture components description in process oriented companies has been made. Based on literature studies cultural aspects significance in process orientation has been shown, depicting them as favorable or limiting factors during the implementation process approach in management. It was indicated that cultural aspects in transformation of companies toward process management direction, did not have foreground importance. It was suggested to conduct empirical studies that would allow to make description of emergence of organizational culture in process oriented companies.
