Process approach in organizations – the results of empirical research

Summary/Abstract: The article focuses its attention on presenting the elements of a process approach in the practice of 26 organizations. This is an empirical article, based on surveys conducted among organizations of different size and different kind of activities. Presented results show the scope of applying of process approach, point out the shortcomings and propose possible directions of strengthening the process approach in the activities of presented entities.
