Summary/Abstract: There are various management orientations described in literature of management science, e.g. market orientation, strategic orientation, process orientation, performance orientation, people orientation, etc. The goal of the paper is to present two possible paths of development of contemporary management orientations in an organization – synoptic and incremental approaches.
