Maintenance and Safety Management of Critical Infrastructure in the Czech Republic

Summary/Abstract: Ensuring the safety of critical infrastructure means that its individual elements must be se-cured separately. However, critical infrastructure is made up of many areas of human activity.Each of these elements is characterized by a certain criticality. Ensuring or increasing thesafety and protection of individual structures in practice means that it is necessary to ensurethe access of economic and personnel resources. Thus, not only the state itself should havean interest in the protection of IP, but also the private sector, i.e. the whole society. This articleoffers a summary of the topic and current state with some practical takeaways and takeaways.
