Summary/Abstract: This article aims to find out the importance of individualisation of didactic and educational work in the educational achievements of a child at the early childhood education stage based on the opinions of early childhood education teachers from Poland. The theoretical part of the article describes methods and forms of individualisation of didactic and educational work at the early school stage.
