Summary/Abstract: The search as a procedural activity is based on a number of psychological factors that must be considered by the investigator. Distributive attention, organization and perseverance are essential, along with observing the psychological reactions of the searched person. Moving to the place of the search, entering the searched space and the actual search are done in compliance with the rules of criminal procedure, but also taking into account the psychological implications of this activity.
