Summary/Abstract: The article presents the effects of the suspensive condition and of the resolutive condition in relation to the next moments or steps: pendente conditione, that is to say the period between the moment of the conclusion of the civil act and the moment of condition`s fulfilment, eveniente conditione, that is to say the period after the moment of condition`s fulfilment anddeficiente conditione, that is to say the situation in which the condition doesn`t fulfil.
