Summary/Abstract: The article aims at an analysis of the civil legal norms classified according to several criteria. After a short introductory part in connection with the civil legal norm, the main aspects regarding the classification of legal norms are presented, distinguishing between general civil legal norms and special civil legal norms, dispositive civil legal norms and imperative civil legal norms, civil legal norms of public order and civil legal rules of private order.
