Summary/Abstract: This article is a continuation of the article Tribute to the Romanian scientist Dragomir Hurmuzescu published last year in the Studies and Communications/DHS Journal. The proposed theme, challenging and interesting, has two directions of growth: the first highlights the recognition of the distinct and distinguished personality of the Romanian scientist Dragomir Hurmuzescu, and the second focuses on the presentation of the scientist's vision regarding the science-war relationship. In this sense, I want to pay, once again, a modest tribute to the scientist Dragomir Hurmuzescu, the father of Romanian radio and founder of electrotechnical education in Romania.
