Summary/Abstract: Research is carried out on the content of sweet substances in 24 genotypes of stevia. The specific method by the extraction of Steviozid and Rebaudiozid A is pointed out. It is established that the content of Steviozid in separate groups reaches 6,80 mg/g dry volume and Rebaudiozid A to 8,27 mg/g dry volume
