Summary/Abstract: In today's age of modern technologies, which forms the basis of the economy of developed countries, the protection of innovations through patents is of primary importance. Patent law, although it forms an integral part of the corpus of industrial property rights, and together with copyright and related rights, constitutes intellectual property rights, due to its importance it is often de facto considered independently. In other words, the patent right protects the innovation, the invention that drives the modern economy, the protection procedure; transfer of patent rights; patent limitation; plays a key role in the development of business-legal relations.
