Summary/Abstract: In today’s modern age when the dispute is an indispensable companion business relations, alternative disputes resolution important in relation to regular aspects of resolving disputes in court. World Trade Organization (WTO) owes its great importance, the high level of execution of decisions solved by the arbitral resolving disputes.
