Summary/Abstract: The protection of personal rights is provided by means of public law and private law (civil law) means of legal protection. These means of legal protection of personal rights are not mutually exclusive, but, each in its own way, protect both goods. However, civil law protection of personal rights goes "deepest" and covers all possible situations of their violation. In our law, the point of view on the uniform civil protection of all personal rights (material and immaterial) and the claim for acquisition without grounds is accepted. Within the claims for compensation for material damage, we distinguish between those related to compensation for funeral expenses, medical expenses, lost earnings and lost enjoyment and assistance.
