Summary/Abstract: One of the challenges facing education at this stage is to open opportunities to solve the problem of developing cognitive activity and creativity in students. Educators from different fields are looking for innovative solutions in this direction in order to implement current strategies and goals in education, in accordance with the specifics of the social environment and the expectations of society from professionals with the necessary competence for its flexible management and sustainable development. The practical and applied nature of the technological training draws our attention to the established pattern between the importance of the final product and the motivation of students to consciously participate in a particular activity. Therefore, the identification of the factors influencing the development of cognitive motives in students can reveal to educators the right approach in the selection of educational technology, adequate to the expected results in the school subject. The essence of educational technologies applicable in the technological training is described, as well as didactic tools, ensuring their efficiency. The interactive educational environment is a condition for the implementation of the modern learning process in Technology and entrepreneurship, in accordance with the current educational documentation, the prospects for development of adolescents and their competencies, as well as taking into account the changes in the subject of the pedagogical impact. The creation of an educational environment in which students show their activity and creativity should be the result not only of the research work of researchers and textbook authors but also of the knowledge and creativity of teachers who can adapt the pedagogical technologies to specific features of their students, with whom they carry out the cognitive and practical-applied activity.
