Summary/Abstract: This article presents a consulting project with a manufacturing company, implemented in the period from 2017 to 2020. Its purpose was to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the development of the professional potential of the company in three areas: management, mentoring, workforce. The project covers three stages: The first stage: diagnostics of the state of the organization, formation of a management team and raising the managerial qualification of the management in the company. Second stage: formation of a Training Center; involvement of the managers in the development of a 40-module curriculum, in the preparation of two textbooks, and in conducting vocational training of novice workers with lecturers-managers and highly qualified specialists from the enterprise. Third stages: within the Training Center together with the managers and highly qualified specialists from the enterprise, development of a 40-module curriculum and a textbook for dual training of mentors and, with their help, parallel training of novice workers.
