Summary/Abstract: The Society of Psychologists is called upon to interact with the social environment and guide the professional activity of psychologists in this environment. Organizational culture, or the synonymous caste culture, is an integral concept, including intra-functional characteristics of the organization, interpersonal and hierarchical relationships, social functions, regulatory principles – object of the present study. The research begins with a diagnosis of the state of these parameters. Correlation analysis of these indicators reveals that the attitude of psy- chologists to the Psychological Society is determined by the support they receive from its management, which in turn determines their attitude to the regulation of psychological ac- tivity. The analysis comes to the conclusion that the attitude towards regulation can be sig- nificantly improved by multiplying the Society’s resources to serve its members and in the process of active communications with the public. These are important practical guidelines for the Society’s management strategy.
