SECURITY OF FUNCTIONING OF EDUCATIONAL UNITS DURING COVID-19 THREAT

Summary/Abstract: The article presents activities ensuring the safety of the functioning of educational units during the COVID-19 pandemic. The changes affecting the quality of education of students were discussed, and particular attention was paid to the changes taking place in teaching through the introduction of distance learning. The differences in education, which have negative effects on young generations, including serious health consequences and broadly understood educational changes, are also presented. Another element that was raised in the study is the legal conditions for students, their obligation and the right to education and actions taken against Covid19, including access to sensitive data held by a given educational institution. Attention was also paid to the problem of the responsibility of school principals in the light of the education law.
