Summary/Abstract: This article is part two of the article on production quality control in the production company XYZ and presents own research on methods of monitoring and evaluation of the production process in company XYZ. Company XYZ is a Polish limited liability company engaged in the production of water-based and soluble paints and varnishes for various purposes and in a wide range of colors. The last part of the publication refers to the way of dealing with irregularities and the method of carrying out improvement and corrective actions actions in the enterprise XYZ. The following study uses subject literature review and case study methods.
