Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to analyze basic concepts and methods of quality management, based on the example of a production company, THI Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., dealing with the production of replacement consumables for laser printers. The work consists of three parts in which the history and organization of the company are discussed, the next part presents the organizational structure and logistic processes that take place in the presented production company, and the last part of the work focuses on presenting the internal quality management policy in the described company.
