Summary/Abstract: Organizational culture is an important aspect in the internal communication of an organization. Equally, public relations establish and maintain beneficial links between the organization's management and its employees. This paper aims to present some essential aspects of the role of public relations in establishing a culture in an organization: culture seen as a system of values, symbols and behavioral norms. All this adds up to what specialists call organizational culture.
