Summary/Abstract: Any PR campaign should start with a well-defined message, which should usually be built around an axis of communication. This axis is like a skeleton or a base that supports the correct line of the campaign and must unify all the ideas of that campaign into one, so that the main message of the campaign is concise, clear, and understood by the target audience. This paper aims to address the public relations campaign from the perspective of those who build the message and to highlight the effects that this message of the campaign has on the public.
