Summary/Abstract: The EU has encountered several times with emigrant issues, which wanted to be established in one of the Member States of the European Union. But it seems that the situation generated by the withdrawal of allied troops from the territory of Afghanistan has generated a global crisis, catalogued by analysts as the worst since the end of the last World War. Therefore, the states of the European Union have mobilized in order to receive and distribute over 160,000 refugees, which will be divided between member countries. This situation, however, stirred numerous controversy between Member States, some of them, such as Austria, the Czech Republic and Denmark, considering that refugees should remain in neighbouring states, and others consider it to be a division on quotas, each state following a certain number of refugees. In this article we have proposed to make an analysis of the situation of Afghan refugees and the EU's involvement in helping them.
