Summary/Abstract: The following paper aims at identifying and analysing the way in which space is constructed in three utopian writings belonging to the late nineteenth century and the early twentieth century, by tackling the problem of spatiality from the point of view of ideological structures, prototypical social codes and the collective imaginary.
