Summary/Abstract: Corporate social responsibility is a form of company self-regulation which seeks to hold companies accountable to society and have a good effect on it. CSR describes a company's self-chosen initiatives to conduct business in a way that is sustainable in terms of the economy, society, and the environment. It entails accepting responsibility for how a company's operations affect society and the environment and making improvements to those operations. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on Corporate Social Responsibility, by emphasizing the value of CSR as a tool for businesses to support the communities in which they operate, highlighting the significance of social and environmental sustainability, and posing new challenges for businesses to uphold their CSR commitments (Valiyev, 2018). This article examines the major shifts in the focus of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in Azerbaijan following the COVID-19 pandemic. The study is based on analysis of primary data collected by the way of survey on topic “Major shifts in the focus of CSR initiatives following COVID-19” held in Azerbaijan and secondary data sources. The purpose of this study is understanding the significant changes in the emphasis of CSR programs after COVID-19 and giving recommendations about its further pathway.
