Summary/Abstract: The author positiveły assesses the increase of interest of the international community conceming the augmentation of protection of minors against sexual abuse and access to pornography. The author puts forward a proposition that Poland should take morę into account the issue of the Internet in the group of offences, and to harmonise the criminal provisions with the European standards in a morę accurate manner.
