Summary/Abstract: The Polish Penal Code provides for a separate offence of computer fraud, which constitutes a modem solution. This offence has a basic and a more favour- able form (Art. 287 Par. 1 and 2 of the PC), as well as aggravated one (Art. 294 of the PC). It is an offence directed against property.
