Statistical Methods of Processing surveys

Summary/Abstract: In pedagogical studies surveys are used to determine opinions or attitudes, to evaluate respondents and to formulate adequate conclusions. These methods are related to choosing and applying appropriate scales and statistical methods for result processing. In the present article we have presented scale types and major statistical methods which serve in the selection of a certain scale according to the variants for available answers. Described is the technology of work with statistical methods and the area of their use in respect of sample size and scale type.
