Security of Classified Information in Economic Proceeding

Summary/Abstract: The subject of the study is an extremely important, especially from a practical point of view, theissue of the protection of classified information in economic proceedings. It is a difficult andmultifaceted matter which, in the absence of any legal regulations in this regard, becomes a seriousproblem related to the proper functioning of the judiciary. This problem affects not only thespecific rights of entrepreneurs acting as litigants, but also the sphere of internal and externalsecurity of the state. Due to the limited framework of the study, most of the issues related tothe subject matter were only signaled in order to initiate a broader scientific discussion on theindicated matter.
