Summary/Abstract: The subject of the study is an attempt to evaluate selected legal solutions introduced by the largest amendment to Polish civil procedure in recent years. This attempt was preceded by signalling individual doubts and problems that civil courts applying the changed law daily had to face. Theoretical considerations were enriched with the position of the judicature and specific de lege ferenda postulates.
