Summary/Abstract: Through this study titled: The dichotomy of the human being from the perspective of biblical anthropology, I aim to address and analyze the fundamental notions pertaining to the anthropological terminology of the Old Testament. The concepts that underlie the theme of Christian anthropology are based on the biblical summary of creation, which will also serve as the starting point for my research. Prior to approaching the actual topic, I will make some references regarding the elements of the Old Testament biblical anthropology, in which I will highlight the duality of human beings, an aspect that results from the biblical summary of creation. In fact, viewed from an Old Testament theological perspective, the theme of anthropology takes on a much deeper and even more consistent aspect.
