Summary/Abstract: Long-term politic of development of small enterprise (SE) in RS/BiH should be able to encourage expansion of SE through simplification of legal regulation, financial stimulate and establishment institutional and other entrepreneur infrastructure. According to scientific view, mass SE founding have implications on increasing of economic structure which have influence on competitive growth and economic efficient. This process cannot be uncontrolled. For realizing of this process is necessary to be direct by long-term developing politics, strategies, programs, and activities.
