Summary/Abstract: The author stresses the importance of the two essential components of the process of management and entrepreneurship, knowledge and innovation, and their importance, and the necessity for continued education and training for new skills and knowledge, which would generate creativity, effective management of the enterprise and innovation, which will all together have a key result in the company management. Companies are constantly faced the challenge of change and therefore it is necessary not only to adapt to them, but they go to meet openly. The economy today is precisely the knowledge economy. Value is created from the knowledge, skills, intellectual property and capabilities. On the other hand, innovation is the creation of the spirit, and as such intangible assets have an increasingly important role in economic activity.
