Summary/Abstract: Public policies have undergone significant changes, among others due to reforms related to the implementation of participatory governance. As a result, public administrations are increasingly willing to interact with other actors interested in the shape of public policies or the decisions that are made within them. As a result, not only the (self-)government but also many other actors are responsible for contemporary policy. The article draws attention to the modern approach to public policy making with the participation of citizens based on participatory governance.
