Summary/Abstract: As a marketer, my primary goal is to reach out to as many consumers as possible and persuade them to buy my products or services. However, not all consumers are the same. Some are impulsive, while others are methodical. Understanding the different types of consumers and their buying habits is the key to successful marketing. In this article, I will explore the psychology behind impulsive and methodical buying, and provide tips on how to appeal to each type of consumer.
