Summary/Abstract: This study aims to identify part of the European law components regarding the regulations of the legal status of public service in Romania. This context of approach covers also other categories of staff working in the public sector, the Administrative Code enshrining regulations that applies equally to the contractual staff within authorities and public institutions.
