Codification of the administrative law among science, awareness and responsibility

Summary/Abstract: The study aims to analyze the current state of codification of administrative law currently in Romania. Putting face to face with political and policy approaches to the concrete needs and slippages that are manifesting and continuing to maintain it in a stateless form. We will highlight some of the solutions that are intended to be promoted and which blast constants of the legal regime of some institutions, which reveals an abandonment of any concerns for the scientific component, for constants, with serious effects from this point of view, serious and dangerous.
