Summary/Abstract: With The Declaration of the rights of Man and of the Citizen passed in August 26, 1789, there are proclaimed the main purpose and objectives of The Great French Bourgeoisie Revolution, the preservation of the natural and imprescriptible rights of man. These rights are liberty, freedom of speech, equality before the law, freedom of religion, and resistance to oppression. The Declaration has a positive influence on the national independence movements of the Balkan people, conquered by the Ottoman empire.
