Administrative law. Contemporary approaches or considerations about its “forced” privatization

Summary/Abstract: The article aims to clarify some aspects related to the role and place of administrative law in the Romanian legal system. It was determined by some approaches in the specialized doctrine on the significance of administrative law as a branch of law, which, in our opinion, attempts to unjustly minimize the role of administrative law in relation to the hyperbolisation of the role granted to private law in general, and of civil law, in particular.
