Summary/Abstract: The public service, and specifically the state service as the regulation of the legal conditions of officials, is understood as a stabilizing element of the performance of state administration, which is subject to special legal regulation. One of the principles of such regulation is the principle of depoliticization. However, depoliticization itself was low within the framework of the adopted legislation, and it was further weakened through individual amendments.
