The legal condition of sanction orders issued by Concurrence Council

Summary/Abstract: During the last few years, the Romanian Competition Council has increased awareness with respect to its activities, more and more sectors being targeted by its investigations. As a result, this has caught up the attention of the business and legal environment, as companies and individuals become more and more preoccupied of the Romanian Competition Council’s activity in the near future. This paper has as main role a brief introduction regarding the administrative acts that can be issued by the Romanian Competition Council in its current activities, with a focus on the annulment of sanctioning decisions and the suspending procedure that can be brought in court.
