Summary/Abstract: The Residual Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals is competent to investigate and judge any person who knowingly and wilfully interferes or has interfered with the administration of justice by the Mechanism or the Tribunals for Rwanda and Sierra Leone, and to hold such person in contempt and also a witness who knowingly and wilfully gives or has given false testimony before the Mechanism or the Tribunals.
