Summary/Abstract: Results on the problems connected with the development of rural tourism, by greening of agricultural grounds and youth employment in the conditions of the changing world are presented. The main results of theoretical and practical training in CESIE in Palermo, on April 5-13, 2014 [DG EAC Youth in operation 3.1 – Cooperation with Neighbouring countries of the European Union] are generalized. Results of discussion about the problems of the rural youth which was carried out at the meetings in the memorial estate of Izvara (an entail property of Nikolay Roerich) and training session within the ecological forum "The Day of the Baltic Sea" (on March 23, 2014) are presented
